Pendulums

Pendulum divination has survived through the centuries. The ancient Romans and the French seer Nostradamus were renowned for using the pendulum. It is a simple to learn form of divination and often gives YES, NO, or MAYBE answers so a pendulum is good to use if you want to cut right to the heart of the matter.

Carry your pendulum with you for a couple of days so it will attune to your personal energy. When you are ready to test your pendulum, hold the chain between the thumb and forefinger and let the pendulum hang down. The Pendulum should not touch anything or anyone other than your two fingers as it hangs. Make sure your hand and arm are completely still and wait until the pendulum has stopped swinging before you begin. When the pendulum is still, ask a question to which you KNOW THE ANSWER IS YES. The crystal should begin to move either side to side, back and forth or clockwise or anticlockwise etc. Whatever pattern the movement follows, make a note that this would always be your 'yes' answer. Follow the same steps, this time asking a question to which you know the answer is NO. Again, note the movements and this should always be your own 'no' answer. Then you can start asking questions that you don't have an answer to. You pendulum may move in a way that indicates "not enough info" or "maybe". You can ask the question, "What movement pattern signifies MAYBE (or yes, or no, etc.)".
